I picked up a US General 5-Drawer mechanics cart (70698) and a US General 4-Drawer tech cart (59572) but I don't like all the locks, they take up space and slow me down. I understand the need for drawer locks in a professional setting but they're an unnecessary inconvenience for a home garage. This should work for any toolbox brand that uses the same method for locking the drawers. The great thing about these Harbor Freight toolbox mods is that all you'd need is 8 rivets to put everything back the way it was. See links below for the parts and tools I used:
