Installing a Toto C5 Washlet bidet seat. You can get a bidet toilet seat anywhere from $40, for the most basic, all the way to well over $1000 for features you've never even though of before. I had never used a bidet before so I wanted something with features to make the transition go more smoothly. After a lot of research, I picked the Toto C5 Washlet. It definitely isn't top of the line but it also isn't cheap. Quality was a big concern because I wanted to have a positive experience and not have to worry as much about failures or leaks. The C5 is an update to the Toto C200 and includes bowl premist before each use (to prevent things from sticking), heated seat, warm water spray with oscillating and pulsating feature, a front wash (for the ladies), warm air dryer, automatic air deodorizer, and a self-cleaning wand with eWater+. Plus, you can adjust the spray pressure as well as the temperatures of the water, seat, and dryer and save unique settings for two users. The Toto A200 has a lot of the same features without the dryer. The A200 was my top choice but it has been discontinued. You can still buy it and it is supported though. I contacted Toto to see if they'd be releasing an updated version of the A200 but they said there were no plans to do so. See the links below for the bidet and parts I used:
