DIY Drill Press Jackshaft Speed Reducer

No lathe required! Fabricating a jackshaft (3rd pulley), to reduce the speed on my Delta DP 220 drill press, without using a lathe. I've seen some great DIY jackshafts on the Internet but they all require the use of a lathe, which I don't have. Slower speeds will allow me to drill larger holes in thicker material without ruining drill bits. I used the Westward center pulley assembly ( TT10409513A1G ).
